For new patients, we request that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to complete paperwork prior to seeing the doctor. 

After each appointment, a detailed report will be sent to your dentist so they are kept up to date with the current progress and future plans.

Payment is requested at the time of treatment. We offer Care Credit plans for financing payments; please inquire if interested.

We request 48 hours notice for appointment modifications. Cancellations and no-shows without adequate notice may be subjected to an additional charge.
